• Time Frame: Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any item that shows signs of wear, alterations, or is missing tags will not be accepted for exchange.
• Proof of Purchase: Please retain your order confirmation email or receipt, as this will be required to process the exchange.

Exchange Process

2. Approval: Once your exchange request is approved, we'll provide you with instructions for returning the product.
3. Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for exchanges. Our team will arrange a courier pickup from your location, or you can drop it off at a designated point.

Non-Exchangeable Items
