At Poltzaa, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to make the exchange process as seamless as possible. Here's everything you need to know about exchanging a product:
Eligibility Criteria
- Time Frame: Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any item that shows signs of wear, alterations, or is missing tags will not be accepted for exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: Please retain your order confirmation email or receipt, as this will be required to process the exchange.
Exchange Process
- Contact Support: Start by reaching out to our customer support team via email or phone. Provide your order details and the reason for the exchange.
- Approval: Once your exchange request is approved, we'll provide you with instructions for returning the product.
- Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for exchanges. Our team will arrange a courier pickup from your location, or you can drop it off at a designated point.
- Replacement: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send out the replacement product. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your new item is shipped.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale Items: Products purchased during sale events or with discount codes cannot be exchanged.
- Customized Products: Any items that have been personalized or customized are not eligible for exchange.
- Final Sale: Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Exchange for a Different Product
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different product (rather than a different size or color), we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
Refunds for Price Differences
- Lower Priced Item: If the exchanged item is of lower value, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Higher Priced Item: If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference before the new item is shipped.
